One of widely used packages is unixodbc, which generates: gtkodbcconfig0 and godbcconfig packages.
I have started work to migrate them to GNOME2.x and so far I was able to get it compiled... There are still some issues with runtime because of different models of GTK1.2 and GTK2.X, but I will sort it out...
