it is more common, and will be understood as "containing the programs
from the set of agda-related packages":

$ grep-aptavail -F Package -s Package -r -- -bin$ | wc -l
142
$ grep-aptavail -F Package -s Package -r -- -executable$ | wc -l
0

But it’s just a suggestion, I don’t mind -executable.
