Can you please start again binNMUing stuff?
Looks like ghc 8.6 built with 8.4 has a different hash compared with ghc 8.6 
built with ghc 8.6...So, a few binNMus are required now on bootstrapped 
archs...(I wasn't aware of such "-prof" changes)

yes, my list had double packages (I'm pretty sure nmu will disregard duplicated 
lines),and most important, some binNMUs on armhf scheduled after 11 of 
septembers were already good, because they picked up the "good" ghc and didn't 
depend on anything that picked up the bad one.
But that said, all the haskell binNMUs will take a couple of hours, and have 
low priority, so they won't hurt too much :)
