RTS -N option isn't available on architectures that only support single-CPU. Commonly in the DHG, we just patch that option out, e.g., https://salsa.debian.org/haskell-team/DHG_packages/-/commit/62cfe875be58135ac148f479c669d3e378d15686
This is the standard ghc behaviour or this is something Debian specific ?
