actually, the floppy controller doesn't work yet. documentation's available but no-one's felt much urgency to get it working... you said kernel hacking wasn't something you were interested in though. debian-installer is also intended to enable net installs and cdrom installs, so a working floppy drive is not required to help with that. -- Revolutions do not require corporate support.
