Well, when we have completed phase II it might be possible to produce usable
ones.  However, I am not sure we will really get phase II done before phase
III can be started, assuming that woody is frozen/released on 1st of May.

So let's just take it a bit easier.  The libio environment is brand new, and
we should give it a bit more usage and testing before burning it into silver :)

I made some progress on the gid issue (see mail on bug-hurd), and uploaded
mig 1.3-1.  We are getting closer, but there is still a lot of manual work
to be done.
