Hi, We have made a change in the installation script to format the ext2 partition with block size 4096(-b 4096). Now its booting with a partition of size less than 500MB. Earlier we were getting the following error.
"start /hurd/ext2fs.static: ext2fs: device:hd0s1: panic: disk_cache_init: Block size 1024 != vm_page_size 4096".
