So fakeroot-tcp use IPC and semaphores, and fakeroot-sysv use SysV
shared memory, right?

And what about fakeroot-hurd?

Another puzzling thing:
Since semget, etc is not yet implemented, which semaphores are
implemented in Hurd then?
