Actually, the -l10n-french list might be interested to get these messages. I discussed this with Denis Barbier this morning : there may be a concen at th moment the DDTP is started over, because of the number of mails which coul dbe generated in one single moment. So, this probably needs some tuning, to avoid flooding the lists.
