I am trying to install Debian 3.0r4 for ia64 on a Compaq DL590.
It boots but doesn't recognize the integrated Smart Array SCSI controller, and so doesn't think there is a hard disk to install to.
I've done a little bit of searching but haven't seen an "easy" way around this. Does anybody else have some advice?
