Hello Marco, OK, no problem with GART and DRI initialization apparently. And what about your Xorg.0.log? Any error reported there? Does it say:
[ 35.968] (==) Using system config directory "/usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d" or are you using a custom xorg.conf file? FYI, Mesa 7.11-5 just landed into Testing. GL rendering is now correct (I've updated http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=622299 accordingly) and ioQuake3-based quake3 is running fine too :-) Regards, Émeric 2011/9/8 MG <[email protected]>: > Dear Émeric, > > Today I had time to try it with the FireGL X1 (AGP) card in my rx2620, this > is what > I see: > _____________________________________________________________________________ > # dmesg | grep -i AGP > [ 0.895403] IOC: reserving 512Mb of IOVA space at 0x60000000 for agpgart > [ 1.900236] Linux agpgart interface v0.103 > [ 1.973839] agpgart: HP ZX1 IOC: IOPDIR shared with sba_iommu > [ 1.974124] <NULL>: AGP aperture is 512M @ 0x60000000 > [ 1.974159] agpgart: Detected HP ZX1 HWP0003 AGP chipset (ioc=fed01000, > lba=fed28000) > > # dmesg | grep -i DRM > [ 9.615633] [drm] Initialized drm 1.1.0 20060810 > [ 10.423821] [drm] radeon defaulting to userspace modesetting. > [ 10.425178] [drm] Initialized radeon 1.32.0 20080528 for 0000:80:00.0 on > minor 0 > [ 10.426725] [drm] Initialized radeon 1.32.0 20080528 for 0000:e0:02.0 on > minor 1 > _____________________________________________________________________________ > > No "unaligned access" this time, except for the "Network Manager."
