Vado a memoria quindi mi potrei sbagliare ma la sintassi dovrebbe essere questa:
iface eth0 inet static
address xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
netmask xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
up route add -net 10.0.0.0 netmask 255.255.255.0 -gw 172.16.0.1
