Annoying delay at shutdown / reboot

Hi Sandro and Jon,

I upgraded to libkf5globalaccel5:amd64 version 5.77.0-3 from Debian/unstable.

Indeed, the "annoying delay" (90 secs of time saving @ reboot/shutdown) is gone.
