First of all, thanks for your great work!
I am also concerned: I use point-to-point vti6 outer tunnel and an
ip6tnl as an inner tunnel (configured by systemd-networkd).
6.12.63 works fine, but doing security update to 6.12.69 broke my
configuration (silently discarding packets at arrival). Rolling back
without editing any configuration file works.
I hope that GRE6 patch you mentioned would also works for me.
Note that systemd-networkd makes difference between ip6tnl and ip6gre,
but I guess underlying processes are common.
I'm waiting for next kernel release and tell you if it works.
