Hello,

I can confirm that linux-image-6.12.113+deb13-amd64 fixes the problem on
my ASUS ROG Strix G18 G814FP (keyboard 0b05:19b6): the keyboard works at
the LightDM login screen and Fn+F2/Fn+F3 (backlight keyboard LED) work
again.

hid_asus is the stock module (kernel/drivers/hid/hid-asus.ko.xz), with no
local module, and the "-75" error is gone. The only remaining message is
the non-fatal warning I mentioned before:

asus 0003:0B05:19B6.0003: Asus handshake 5e returned invalid response: 5e
ff ff ff ...

>From my side the bug can be closed. Thank you for the quick help.
