Hi, I tested the current linux-image-2.6.32-4-686 in Sid and the problem is indeed still there. Current workaround: Don't use suspend.
I use the laptop while testing and I always lose a little of the stuff I work on when the screen goes dark (the stuff not saved yet). So I really recommend the workaround for now.
