Hi-- How do I enable apmd support in the kernel?? I have debian 2.2 potato installed on my laptop. But when I start-up the computer the apmd daemon says that apmd deamon is stopped at user's request. and when I try to start the apmd daemon manually, (apmd start) I get the message that says apmd is not supported by my kernel.. any insights into this please will help. thanks, praveen kamath -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
