I have an Gericom Overdoze II laptop with an ATI Mach64 3D Rage Pro LT Graphic-Card and i have installed Debian 2.2(potato) rel 0 (i386). with the XF86_Mach64 server version 3.3.6 the problem i have is that when i start the x server the screen is black except a line at the bottom of the tft screen. when i switch to the console where i started the xserver from i cant see any error and now some curiosity when i plug in a monitor and switch to the mode that uses both devices the monitor and the tft device the tft device works fine. i can then unplug the monitor and the tft device works well until i restart the server then i only see the stupid line in the bottom of the screen. i use this modeline # 1024x768 @ 60 Hz, 48.4 kHz hsync Modeline "1024x768" 65 1024 1032 1176 1344 768 771 777 806 -hsync -v please help me thx TC PS: sry because of my worse english ;-)) hope you can understand me
