After reading a couple of forums, i noticed that it is always mentioned at udev requeries 2.6.12+, mine was only 2.6.11.10. And as you recommended, i updated my kernel. So now my usbmouse is working flawless under udev.
And after the new kernel, i compiled the wifi module again. It would still been fun to find out why the old module couldn't cope with a upgrade. But never mind that..
