Hi Alexsander,

I had the same problem with an Asus UX32VD and setting the acpi_osi 
parameter in /etc/default/grub solved it:

GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet acpi_osi=\"!Windows 2012\""

(don't forget to run "sudo update-grub" to commit the change to grub)
