Selling test-cycle CDs???

The FAQ says in 13.1:

"You do not need permission to distribute anything we have released, so that
you can master your CD as soon as the beta-test ends. "

Does that mean I am not allowed to sell the test-cycle CDs? (Well, the
test-cycle will end soon anyway...)
