general opinion seemed to be that each case needed checking.

I think it is unhelpful of you:
* not to remind us that you asked about this licence before,
* not to find out what changed between draft and final versions,
* not to tell us what software under CDDL you intend to package.

While debian-legal spends a lot of time on licences, it's not infinite, so
I find unhelpful repeat questioners annoying. Please try to help us too.
Even one of the three would have been good.
