Maybe so; it's still an open question how the DFSG deals with trademarks. That doesn't mean it's not a problem that affects Debian and its users that's worth examining, though. Looking at that site, my impression is insult: "protect" me from "unauthorized" use? There's never been any confusion about the word "Linux"; the whole concept is ridiculous. The only reason I heard why Linus held the "Linux" trademark in the first place was to prevent other people from doing so, and making unreasonable demands with it (such as preventing "unauthorized use"); they should now simply let the trademark go, by not enforcing it.
