Here is the second reply I received from Daniel. I was mostly
asking him about packaging details and other technical questions.
He did make a comment about putting it on CD-ROM though and about
value-added stuff, etc.

The question is: if you sell MusiXTeX alone, I do not agree. But value
added if no problem.
