The "Trademark" mechanism is a way to protect a word and its context.
A trademark has to be used following certain conditions set forth by
the trademark holder.

This is why I was astonished to see so many Helvetica vendors. Now, we
have to inform on what the conditions are to be able to use that name
for a derived font.
