Perhaps you could ask New Riders to re-license the book under the OPL without options? Grokking the GIMP is a fairly old title, and they may have seen about as much revenue from it as they're going to see. Relicensing it freely may give it a new lease on life. What publishers often think will keep them from making money is often what will help them make *more* money. -- G.
