It is OK for Debian, but it is not GPL compatible. It looks like a BSD license with a whole lot of disclaimers. The only tricky part is Any use of any FreeUSP program(s) for profit must display the following acknowledgement: "This product includes software developed by BP America Inc. and its contributors."
