I'm not in favor of the obligatory publishing clause. But it's still a fake objection to say "I decided to impose on myself a $1M cost anytime I publish something, so it's not cheap for me to publish it." That's a self-imposed cost. Like I said "this is because you adopt a high-falutin concept of 'publication'". thomas
