Only trouble I have with "Content" is that is sounds like the document formatting doesn't have to be free. "You can study the content for any purpose" does not imply that you can study the DocBook markup (ignoring the text) to learn how to write your own manual. Using the word "Content" will lead to the idea that license X is a "free documentation" license, but not a "free document" license. --Joe
