FSF will discuss the issue, I think I can see to that much. Some of you
had Richard backed against a wall, and of course people dig in and become
unwilling to talk when you do that.
There is a mechanism for Debian to make a decision when the voting
system is deadlocked, so I don't think you really need to wait upon
the constitutional issue.
