Please see the new 1.3-dev package, it should now have the ripOLE licence changed too. Appologies about the difficulties. Incidently, 1.3-dev is considered more stable/featureful than 1.3.0.5. It is most likely that 1.3-dev will be released as 1.3.0.6 soon.
