As per

(found by searching legal for openpbs), there is no consensus that the
above condition clause 5 is DFSG-free because of the lawyerbomb
"freely redistributable ... without restriction".
Other than that, I think your analysis was pretty good. Personally, I
wonder about whether we are allowed to make copies instead of just
moving the one we are given, but I'd not oppose something just on that
wording if no-one else agreed.
