Wow. <does some reading on withdrawal of works>. Some people make the kookiest laws. And hundreds of them have been elected to run Europe. It's like letting the crew of the B-ark take over... these are a perfectly valid system of laws for a society that isn't anything like this one peopled by people who aren't human. It's not that free software is impossible under a system with Authors' Rights and Withdrawal; you can't do business at all!
