It probably fails the Chinese Dissident test, but I don't think that's a problem. The requirement to not modify "descriptive text" that provides attributions /may/ be a problem, but that'll depend on specific code rather than being a general problem (in the same way that the GFDL's granting of permission to add invariant sections isn't a problem - but people using that permission is).
