Sure. A good faith attempt was made to resolve this in the past,
according to Bill Allombert, and it was ignored. Many courts will
not entertain attempts to enforce your rights against a party who
has offered to comply. "Submarining" is a trick with patents, not
applicable to copyright. This offer was not addressed in this rant.

I think this childish namecalling illustrates why some developers
want to remove Karsten M. Self's work from debian. I'm all for doing
the minimum possible to avoid abusive copyright holders.
