Ah, well! As long as they are happy with this solution...
Anyway the copyright notice gives the *impression* that the drafter
knows very little about license compatibility (and the meaning of the
GNU GPL, given that something is offered under the GPL with no source).
Now I know that this is not actually the case, since you explained me
the real reason behind this awkward dual licensing, but the notice still
sounds strange. :-(
