I would advise you just to use GPL version 2 only.  IMO, it's bad
principle in general to license your programs under licenses that do not
exist yet, and that might possibly contain clauses you're not happy
with.  When GPLv3 is released, you can always relicense your code, if
you like it better than v2.

YMMV, of course.
