Hello debian-legal!
I am interested in bringing dCache software to Debian. Based on my
cursory read of the license, I imagine this software would fit into the
"non-free" section. This software is distributable.

I am using only the dcap client now:
<http://svn.dcache.org/dCache/tags/dcap-1.9.3-3/>
The rest of dCache is a monster... I haven't any idea how it might fit
into Debian.
This software matches up with an optional part of the existing Debian
package, root-system.
