Hello,

I have filed an ITP for the lemon graph library
(http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=570930), but have a few
questions regarding GPL linking.

The project itself is BOOST licenced, but has optional configure flags for
enabling a GPL linked library (GLPK, libglpk) for some optional features. The
upstream authors have expressed that they wish to keep the BOOST licence for
end users.

I assume that the only way to do this is to disable the GPL linked library
features at config time? Another idea (flagged by upstream) was to distribute
two packages which conflict, a GPL and a non-GPL version, although this seems a
bit cumbersome, and potentially confusing to end users.

Thanks
