You are correct. I apologize for the distraction. So that I'm tracking an actual submission for Debian, I'll prepare very specific/targeted 7b non-permissive term for HTSQL that closely tracks prior usage and is customary. I will keep this license clause alive in a submission to the OSI; as we will dual-license some components with a MIT-derived license having similar terms.
