Are these files compiled into the final library at all? Most of them sound like they would not be, due to the functions being provided by glibc. > Since BSD-4-clause is not compatible with GPL do I understand it > correctly that they basically made Berkeley DB 6.0.20 indistributable by > us? Or am I missing something about mixing BSD-4-clause and AGPLv3? Depends on your answer to the above question. I guess this wouldn't stop them making db fully AGPLv3 though, since the above files probably could either be removed entirely or replaced with code from glibc/newlib/PDCLib. -- bye, pabs http://wiki.debian.org/PaulWise -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
