Hi, I've made a patch to lintian to check LSB compliance. If you could take a look I would make the required modifications so it would be easier for you to include. LSB compliance is important to be able to check boot script order, and also to be able to start boot scripts in parallel, it is important to know the dependencies of the various boot scripts.
