Just ask.  :)  Fixed for the next release.  While I was at it, I also
added the appropriate exceptions or special permission expectations for
/tmp, /var/tmp, /usr/src, /var/local, and /var/lock.  That should take
care of all of the Lintian warnings or errors for base-files.
