Aw, that seems a little premature to go that far at this stage.
I read Guillem's reference to the ftp-masters as merely a "well, just
to frame the rest of this paragraph in an easy-to-read way, this has
historically been the domain of the ftp-masters" rather than anything
approaching "we must absolutely leave it to FTP team."
