Yes, as mentioned in the message to -done, it's an issue in saga. debian/control is generated from debian/control.in at configure time, it then sets the version specific library package names which were outdated in debian/control. This is one of the reasons I don't like generating debian/control, just update the version explicitly when packaging a new upstream release.
