I'm happy to sponsor this, but did you ask the Uploaders first?  Indeed
Priority:optional can/should be ommited these days.  I reviewed debian/
changes and all looks good to me -- although what happened to the
earlier 11.0.x releases in d/changelog?  If they were never properly
released/uploaded, I'm not sure having changelog entries for them make
sense (although IMHO they don't hurt) What's the intention with the 14
version, to match debian forky version number?
