Try to get some better reproducible orig.tar.gz.
Remark: I really like the '-a' option of tar that enables you to specify
compression simply by the extension of file name. For example you get xz
compression by simply specifying *.orig.tar.xz (well, the gain is 50kB = 25% -
not much so leaving gz, but using '-a' makes sense regarding flexibility)
