Not yet. Steffen, there is a major problem with Clustal X: it links to Qt, which is GPL unless one has a commercial license. Therefore, we are not allowed to compile Clustal X in Debian. I contacted upstream, and they are actively looking for a solution. So the problem for updating clustlw in Debian, is that the clustalx package is built from it, and that Clustal X 2.0 is not yet redistributable. We could of course upload a clustalx package for the version 1.83, that would be quite easy, but I think that upstream will soon inform me of the solution they found (in the best case, a relicensing to GPL). PS: in a private email, upstream asked that we distribute the LICENCE file, so I will add it again to the source package.
