Hi all, I think that all of the > 1,000 packages in the pkg-perl Subversion repository are managed by hand… This said, I would also love to see some bioc2deb project succeed. Do you think that it could be proposed as a Google Summer of Code project? I am not so strong in R, so what I can provide is testing, and feedback for the biology.
