It is correct that I was delaying the upload because of the freeze. It
might happen that we need to get another upgrade into testing and this
goes only via unstable. There are two options:
1. Upload 1.2.x to experimental
2. Upload 1.2.x to unstable and in case of the need of
upgrading 1.1.x we need to push testing-proposed-updates
